Being a little island in the Pacific, Hawaii has often been overlooked in the Hip Hop community. While Hip Hop in Hawaii was always around, this year was the most important as far as mainlands' exposure to our brand of it. Several groups and people have forced the mainstream Hip Hop community to take a closer look at our little island.
